Keith Mann is an American entrepreneur. Beginning in 1995, Mann helped to put Dynamic Associates on the map as one of the companies original co-founders. Starting out in the alternative investment division of the company, Mann eventually propelled himself through the ranks to become the company’s Senior Vice President. In 2001, Mann helped to form Dynamic Search Partners. This recruitment wing of Dynamic Associates is involved in identifying talent for managing hedge funds, alternative investment ideas, and staffing for private equity companies. They are noted as having one of the most elaborate databases of investment executives in America to aid in their industry leading recruitment efforts.

Another function Keith Mann serves with Dynamic Search Partners is his involvement in company related fund raising events. Again, in 2013, Keith Mann lead Dynamic Search Partners into another fund raising event for the organization, Uncommon Schools. The amount raised at this event was 10,000-dollars. This organization works with students to help them acquire the skills to succeed in their scholastic and academic endeavors at the collegiate level. On October 7, 2013, Keith Mann and Dynamic Search Partners announced a formal partnership with Uncommon Schools.

Nearly a month prior, on September 13, 2013, an enthusiastic and excited Mann, along with a group of his highly trained executive recruiters, met with students at Crown Heights charter high school in New York. The team of recruiters toured the school, sat in on classes and fielded thoughtful questions from eager students. The recruitment team then helped the students in the process of building professional looking resumes. These resumes were intended to be included in the student’s college applications. The Uncommon Charter school originated in 2009, making the class of the 2013 – 2014 school year only its second graduating class in its short history. Mann applauded the charter schools innovation and drive towards academic excellence and looked forward to prosperous future relations with the school.
