It’s Chris. I’ve been active all of my life soccer as a youngling, cross country in junior high and then basketball in high school and college. So I guess I’ve always had athletics in my life, but it was just this past year that I decided to actually start eating healthier and my body feels better and now I am more energetic. I work out too, but i can’t do it without the help of my music it’s what gets me pumped to even work out because I have a tendency to not enjoy exercise unless I’m actually doing something such as playing a game and stuff.
