There is no arguing how difficult it is to achieve success as a company. In fact, even a bit of good luck can’t guarantee it. The only thing that a company can do on their part is to control what they can control. In other words, if a company focuses on the essentials qualities that contribute to success, then they can put themselves in a better position to do so. As hard as that may be, it is even harder to maintain that success in the long run. As far as how that is done, the majority of success, in the long run, stems from having a good company culture. A great example of this can be seen in the company Betterworks. With this in mind, let’s take a closer look as to how Betterworks focuses on building company culture and why it plays an important role in maintaining success.

In an article on Betterworks and company culture, not only do we see how important it is, but we also see how it leads to a high performing company. Betterworks CEO Doug Dennerline centralized how to achieve this into three main components. According to Doug, the three components of a high performing company culture are transparency, purpose, and development. As we can see, these are core qualities that ultimately contribute to a more enjoyable and effective workspace. Once a company realizes the importance of comfort within a workplace, there really is no limit on how successful a company can be.
