Eleven Field Service Specialists From Securus Technologies Complete The Prestigious BICSI Training

Inline with its reputation, Securus Technologies recently announced that eleven of its field specialists have successfully completed the prestigious BICSI I Installer certification. The BICSI certification is considered a benchmark in the communication industry because it requires technicians to undergo strict training and tackle highly complex scenarios, which replicate real-world situations. Accordingly, technicians are tested for a variety of subjects that includes the entire spectrum of communication industry including voice, audio and video technologies.
