This is the grossest oversight that a company could commit by any aspect. It shows such a disregard towards employee value that could hardly be justified. And even then, it couldn’t be explained away more than once.

That is why, you need to absolutely make sure that if you catch this aspect once, that you do not see it repeating again.

In order to ensure that none of your employees could be described by this affiliation, keep an eye out on industry standard rates for the positions that you are filling in.
