Marc Sparks, a serial entrepreneur and startup specialist, has relocated offices after more than a decade at his original address, to a new Dallas, Texas location more highly suited to the process of incubating and growing successful companies.

Over the last 35 years, Marc Sparks has helped small-scale enterprises grow from their creators’ visions to reality. As founder, owner and C.E.O. of Timber Creek Capital, LP, he has nurtured numerous companies to profitability and success, based on efficient and effective business models. In its new office location, Timber Creek can accommodate three separate ventures simultaneously and help them to incubate over a lengthy period. The offices offer transparency, openness, and privacy, wrapped in an aesthetic that evokes professionalism, diligence and prestige.

Sparks explains: “As a serial entrepreneur and student of what it takes to succeed in this world, I have found that a quality, conducive, and collaborative work environment is no less than 25% of the overall ingredients necessary to succeed.” Sparks is adamant that inspiration and stimulation are critical to team productivity; he insists that you cannot cut corners when it comes to the space in which you work, and still produce the same results, for any given venture.

Marc’s company, Timber Creek Capital, LP, has given other entrepreneurs access to resources such as capital, marketing, office space, equipment, support staff, banking, legal, and accounting services. He has written a book, “They Can’t Eat You,” which outlines his previous accomplishments, failures, and journey down the road of rewarding entrepreneurship.

Sparks cites passion, persistence, unwillingness to give up, and prudent use of funding as qualities that give rise to success and that he enjoys mentoring. He has witnessed numerous successes and failures, and he believes he holds the key to helping organizations in their infancy seize the promise of their ideas and see them through to fruition.
