Steve Ritchie Is Moving Papa John’s Right Along

Papa John’s is one of the largest pizza delivery companies in the world. Recently, Steve Ritchie was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Papa John’s. Richie has been working with Papa John’s since 1996. When he started his pay rate was a mere $6 per hour. In 2006, he was promoted to a franchise owner, and in 2010 he began increasing his leadership abilities throughout the company. In 2014, he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and in 2018 he was promoted to Chief Executive Officer.

Steve Ritchie is very proud of his accomplishments. Going from just a customer service rep to basically running such a large company is a huge accomplishment. Being Chief Executive Officer means that Steve Ritchie will help Papa John’s with their development, marketing, customer experience, and much more. He is focusing on team members and making sure that they are happy with their jobs and experiences with Papa John’s so that the customers will have the service that they need and deserve.

The headquarters for Papa John’s is located in Kentucky. Papa John’s is ranked number one in customer satisfaction nationwide. Papa John’s does their best to provide their customers with the very best pizza that they can while also providing them with the very best customer service. They always make sure to hire the best employees that are going to offer the best customer satisfaction there is.

Workers at Papa John’s pride themselves in the work that they do and want to make sure that they are doing the very best job that they can. Steve Ritchie stands behind his mission by making sure that he only hires the very best employees and works hard alongside them to make sure that Papa John’s stays up and running in the best possible way. Steve Ritchie is going to continue to make Papa John’s a huge success and there is no telling how far the company and he as an individual is going to go.
