The Skilled Hussain Sajwani

Hussain Sajwani is a skilled entrepreneur and glitzy real estate developer. He has a wife and is a father of four. He lives with his family in the UAE, Dubai. Like most entrepreneurs, his story is not different. He was born to a businessman in the early 1950s. His father sold imports from China. He later won a government scholarship to study in the United States of America where he acquired two bachelor’s degree. One in economics and one in industrial engineering. After returning to Dubai, he worked for about two years with GASCO as a contract manager. With his background, education, and experience, he started his own food catering company in the 1970s. This would later become want is known today as the Damac group. The food company catered for the US government troops on a mission called Desert Storm.

Hussain is the both the Damac board chair and the CEO of Damac. Under his leadership, Damac expanded to luxury property development, to offering hospitality services and an investor on its own. His marketing strategies have been considered extravagant and almost way out other the league of other real estate developers. He is known to offer free Bugatti’s to buyers. He has also struck deals with Versace and other high-end industries that boost his brand. Damac’s operations strategies have also helped keep the company alive for all the years. Hussain Sajwani relies on three major principles in Damac transactions; no debt, separate business and money reserves.

DAMAC Owner Hussain and Damac as well have made friends with other real estate titans like the Trump industries who have to build major projects with, Fendi and Versace, for their luxury spaces and earlier on the US Army for food supplies. He has also made sure that Damac/he will not only be remembered as a just corporate giant but also a philanthropist. He has made contributions to the cloth a child global course initiated by the ruler of Dubai. He involved and contributes to other charities and courses to make the world a better place.

Though the election of Donald Trump to the office of the president of the United States put strains on their business endeavor, Hussain Sajwani is still working with the Trump industries and hopes to count on their “out of office” relations to keep their businesses running.
